Processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

International Shipping (3-5 business days)

Fresh Roast Guarantee  We roast our coffee fresh to order. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Order Tracking Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact5jscoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
